Commitment to Diversity
Our Leaders of Color at Brooke Charter Schools are deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across our community. With 93% of our students identifying as Black or Latinx, we see it as both a responsibility and an opportunity to actively dismantle racism through education. We are especially focused on addressing the critical shortage of Black and Latinx educators—representation matters deeply for our students’ success and sense of belonging. While we are proud that more than half of our staff now identify as people of color, we know this work is ongoing.
