She then taught AP Biology and served as an assistant principal at Brooke High School for several years before becoming the school's Principal. Before Brooke, Ms. Horne taught multiple subjects across grades 7-12 in the DC Public Schools and at charter schools in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Before coming to Brooke, Mr. Acosta taught fifth grade math and social studies at The Chestnut Hill School, was a founding math teacher at KIPP Academy Boston, and a founding math teacher at The MATCH Middle School. He has held many leadership positions through the years including grade level chair, math department chair, dean of students, and others.

She is currently an Assistant Principal. Before coming to Brooke, Ms. Brito led the founding Spanish team at Roxbury Prep High School for 2 years and is a Teach for America alum.

He now acts as The History Department Manager for Brooke High School. He also is currently enrolled at Northeastern University working towards his Masters of Arts in Teaching.

He is now serving as the Director of Student Life at Brooke High School. In 2016, Mr. Forrest was part of the founding team at Brooke High School as the Dean of Students and Athletic Director.

Before coming to Brooke, Mr. Lembke spent almost nine years working for the Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Boys and Girls Club, first as the Music and Creative Arts Director and then as the Program Director. Mike has been working as a musician and educator in the Boston area since 2013.

Before coming to Brooke, Ms. Pendley taught in a variety of special education settings in Metro Nashville Public Schools and at UP Academy Dorchester.
