Rather than using pre-published curricula, teachers at Brooke work in teams to develop standards-based unit and lesson plans that reflect research-based practices as well as their specific students needs. In developing and implementing their curriculum, teachers have the autonomy to make decisions about their lessons, while also leveraging support that comes from their teaching team and their instructional leader.
