We continue to actively support Brooke alumni in their journeys to and through college with individualized support.

The Department of College Support and Post-Secondary Success, led by director Sarah Holden, provides individualized attention to Brooke alumni through college degree attainment.

 

If you are a current college student, you can access updates on the impact of COVID-19 on local colleges and universities or reach out directly to Sarah:

  • Talk One-on-One: Schedule a time to talk over the phone or video chat with this link. If you cannot find a time that works for you, e-mail or text Sarah.
  • Send a Text: Check-in or ask Sarah a question with a text message to 617-396-3240. She will respond within 48 hours.

  • College for America/Duet
    Accelerate your degree from Southern New Hampshire University while working full time
  • Year Up
    Gain new skills in this one-year, intensive training program that provides a combination of hands-on skills development, coursework eligible for college credit, corporate internships, and wraparound support
  • Foundation Year
    Enroll in Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies, where you can earn a full year of college credit
  • Job Corps
    Obtain career technical skills, complete high school education or earn college credits, and gain employment for up to three years in this residential education and job training program
  • AmeriCorps
