Before coming to Brooke, Ms. Hernandez-Cruz had over two years of experience in community engagement, serving as a team leader and community engagement coordinator at Jumpstart, and working in program management at the Boston University Community Service Center. She also collaborated with the National Center on Improving Literacy as a research collaborator.
