Alexandra Flatley joined Brooke Mattapan in 2025 as a fifth-grade teacher. Before returning to Brooke, Ms. Flatley worked in leadership roles in Lawrence as a Dean of Instruction and in Chelsea, MA as a Leader in Residence. Prior to her leadership experience, she worked at Brooke Mattapan from 2014–2020, where she taught fourth through seventh grades in self-contained classrooms. She was also part of the founding fourth-grade team at Brooke Mattapan in 2014.
