What is the Office Manager Role?

As an Office Manager at Brooke, you are a crucial member of the operations team and take ownership of all front office operations including answering phones, greeting parents and visitors from 7:30am-4:20pm, collecting and entering daily attendance, and making calls to families of absent students. You oversee the ordering and stocking of supplies for teachers and the front office, coordinate mailings, and manage service calls for printers and copiers. Additionally, you will assist with enrollment and student information and track, organize, and maintain student records.

  • You are able to speak and write fluently in Spanish.
  • You’ve completed an Associate’s Degree or two years of post-secondary education.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
  • You are professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues.
  • You are able to start immediately.
