Previously, Ms. Crawford worked Second Grade Associate Teacher, Third Grade teacher, and served as a former representative for Brooke Roslindale's Diversity Initiative Group. Prior to joining this family, she worked for 7 years as an educator in New York City, Connecticut, Maryland, and Delaware. Her passion is in urban education and one of her favorite previous jobs was working for the Connecticut Department of Children and Families, shaping the minds of young black males who were incarcerated.
