Brooke’s master teacher pathway is designed to recognize our very best teachers, who have all attained exceptional student results and peer leadership over the course of three years. Brooke’s master teachers are compensated for excellence with salaries that eclipse earning potential in neighboring districts.
Master teachers receive raises of at least 10% annually for each year they demonstrate exceptional student results and network collaboration. These maximum raises continue annually until the master teacher’s salary is at or above $120,000.
