  • Because our students identify overwhelmingly as Black and Latino, we are committed to addressing the statewide shortage of Black and Latino teachers and focus many of our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts on that priority.
  • Our compensation system values teaching staff and ensures those who stay at Brooke earn more than they would elsewhere. Our job descriptions have been updated to reflect new salary minimums.
