Operations Roles

Scale your impact. Manage a school.

We believe that effective management of a school ensuring a smooth flow of logistics enables teachers to deliver instruction students need to make big academic gains. Our operations staff are guided by the core belief that seamless management systems of around finance, facilities management, and transportation are what set the foundation for a rigorous learning environment. When teachers and students have what they need when they need it, students are able to reach and exceed their academic potential.

Operations Fellow

The one to two year fellowship is designed to train operational leaders in supporting great teaching and academic achievement across all non-instructional school components: facilities, transportation, nutrition, state reporting, student health, and parent engagement.  The responsibilities include assuming program management duties at a Brooke campus and managing targeted operations functions and projects across the Brooke Network.   During the year, the fellow will participate in a training program designed to prepare individuals to launch and co-lead a “no-excuses” charter school with a deliberate focus on professional growth within the Brooke operations core competencies.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
